In this chapter we demonstrate the techniques you learned in Chapter 13, "Minimizing Multimedia" to optimize a video that was created for Apple Computer.
These settings produce a 15MB file that looks and sounds perfect. Granted, the size was too big for the web, but quick adjustments to the Size and Data Rate setting made the movie 4MB. To do this, scale the movie to 320 x 240, lower the frame rate to 15, and lower the data rate to 33Kbps.
